Our foundation is led by our Chairman Rev. Fr. C. Marcellus Auguiste a Diocesan priest from the Diocese of Roseau, Commonwealth of Dominica. He is an Catholic Evangelist, and has preached in Missions, Conferences and Retreats throughout the Caribbean Region, the Continental USA; Latin America, Europe and Asia.
